Delete your SADU Hotel account
You can delete your SADU Hotel app account yourself in the app, or request deletion by email if you do not have the app at hand.
In the app
- Open the “Profile” tab.
- Go to “Settings”.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
If you have active bookings or orders, wait until they are completed or cancel them first.
By email
Write to us from the email address linked to your account, so that we can be sure the request comes from you.
Send a deletion request — reservation@saduhotel.kz
We will delete the account and confirm by reply within the time limits set by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
What is deleted
- profile data: first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, profile photo, language;
- access to the account: you can no longer sign in on any device.
What is kept after deletion
- records of bookings, orders and payments — for the period required by the accounting and tax laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, after which they are deleted or anonymised;
- a record of the account deletion — to confirm that the request was fulfilled.
